About Us Café Bella was established in 2003 based on one simple idea: bring new, delicious tastes from around the world to downtown Stillwater. It started with our signature sandwiches, soups and salads and has evolved into classic Mediterranean and Greek fare including Gyros, hummus, falafel and tabouli. We only use premium ingredients – from top-notch deli meats to fresh produce and fresh quality chicken – and each item is prepared fresh to order.
